Nominations

Nominations for the Okanagan Arts Awards must be received or postmarked by 4:00 pm on the due date to the office of the Arts Council of Central Okanagan. Forms will be available to download at www.okanaganartsawards.com

Submissions can be mailed or dropped off in person to:

Nomination Requirements

A submission package must include all the following required components of a nomination:

1. Nomination form
2. Two letters of support
3. Three pages (maximum) of text to describe the nominee’s accomplishments, and to present the reasons the applicant is eligible to receive the award.
4. A polished DVD or CD, 30 – 60 seconds maximum, that demonstrates the nominee’s art works or work with the arts. This will be projected at the Celebration Event.
5. Clear evidence that the applicant has met the criteria.  It is possible to include pictures, CD, DVD, recordings, curriculum vitae/resume, and other means to profile the artwork or accomplishments.

If you want materials returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped return envelope.
